Training Information
All training sessions are held at the ANU Sports Hall.
Skills Training
Thursdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm will be a skills training session for all players - new and experienced, men and women.
New Women
Women who are new to volleyball or who have some experience but aren\'t looking to play at the Premier level will be training from 3pm-4:30pm on Sundays.
Experienced Women
These sessions will be used to grade players for the League. Team 1 trains from 3pm - 4:30pm with Kadour Team 2 trains from 4:30pm - 6pm with Mark
Mens Training
All Men (New and Experienced) will be training from 4:30pm-6pm Sundays.
